Shipping & Returns
Shipping within the US
United States Postal Service shipping on all domestic orders, including Alaska, Hawaii and all US Territories.
Packages are mailed out on the next business day and typically take 3-7 days to arrive.
International Orders
First Class and Priority shipping costs are dependent on location and weight. For most locations, packages arrive in 2-3 weeks.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service
We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping address
Please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely. You will be charged for additional shipping if goods are sent back due to a wrong address supplied by the customer.
Tracking
When your order has been processed & sent, you will receive an email with a Tracking Reference Number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for this to register in the system, once you have received your shipping confirmation email, before tracking – as information may not be immediately available.
International customers, be aware that shipping updates may or may not be available once a package leaves the United States.
Returns
Faulty goods must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item – Please read our Returns and Exchanges Terms carefully.
Please ensure you email us at contact-us@lunaslocus.com before returning any goods if goods are returned without prior consent – there is no guarantee of refunds or credit notes
Please note, Lunas Locus® will not be responsible for return shipping costs (nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases) for returns- unless it is a faulty item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
Non-Returnable items include:
Gift cards
Perishable goods
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted which we can determine at our discretion.
Faulty Items
Due to the nature of the tumbling process, there will be some visual differences between the stone you receive and what appears on our website.
In any item is faulty or significantly different than described, please contact us to arrange a return. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement can be issued first. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item.
Return postage of items with faults will be reimbursed upon receipt.
We reserve the right to inspect the product, in cases deemed necessary, before issuing either credit or refund.
All store credits or refunds for any return will be issued after the item has been received at our returns address.
Luna’s Locus® reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy or was not authorized via email prior to receipt.
